Lake Sunapee Engagement Session in New Hampshire

I met this wonderful couple in the Lake Sunapee area for their engagement session, making two stops—one at a local hiking area with expansive views of the lake, and at the Newbury docks. We captured stunning shots with the early spring foliage, view of the lake, and picturesque sky as our backdrop. The light greens and yellows of the new leaves added a fresh, vibrant touch to the images, making them extra lovely.

The docks in Newbury, New Hampshire are quickly becoming a favorite spot for photos. The serene lake along with the variety of settings in a small area, makes it ideal. There’s a charming trail that winds through the woods, perfect for capturing candid moments. The stairs and rocks offer great opportunities for seated images, while the stonework adds texture and depth. The light on this particular evening was mesmerizing as it danced on the water.
