Lake Champlain Engagement Session | Vermont Engagement Photographer

Lindsey and Ben invited me to capture their Lake Champlain engagement session at the shore of Ben’s family property in Milton, Vermont. An engagement session is extra special when a couple chooses to hold it at a place with deep meaning in their lives, in the way that this spot at Lake Champlain does for Ben and Lindsey. They’ve shared many great memories here, making their session genuine, being photographed in an environment where their relationship grew over time with many happy memories.

We had a perfect evening of sun and clouds, to capture them walking along the beach, on the lawn, and by the boulders that dot the shore. They invited their dog, Tito, to join them as well! They demonstrated their knack for finding beautiful beach glass during our time together, which I used for detail shots of Lindsey’s engagement ring. The session ended with a champagne toast, and wading in the water as the sun set. Their evening and session is beyond stunning! I’m honored to know this fun, lovely couple, and thrilled to join them to photograph their mountain wedding day next June!
