Sparkling Winter Wedding at Mountain Top Resort | Vermont Wedding Photographer
Stephanie and Ryan’s sparkling Vermont winter wedding at Mountain Top Resort near Killington began with a picturesque first look on the grounds of the Jewel, which coincided beautifully with a gentle snowfall and a dash of sunlight that I couldn’t have planned more perfectly. Often overlooked when thinking about winter weddings, is the availability of perfect light. It’s not too harsh and golden hour falls earlier in the day. Add a few flurries, beautiful winter textures and tones, and you are bound to end up with a wonderful setting for portraits like theirs! Stephanie and Ryan embraced a winter theme, beautifully integrating greens and neutrals, and adding just the right amount of sparkle to their reception decor, featuring florals, elegant lanterns, candles, and shining gold accents.
The ceremony offered stunning mountain views, with snow softly falling as guests snuggled together for warmth. Following their vows, the celebration continued in the reception barn, where guests warmed up with signature espresso martinis and apple cider mimosas. Wonderful company, delicious dinner, delightful treats from Sweet Birch, and a lively performance from Unity Band ensured a memorable evening for all. This Mountain Top Resort wedding was a perfect mix of winter wonder and joyful celebration, creating lasting memories for everyone involved.
