Plainfield, NH | Family Photo Session Welcoming New Baby

I’m pleased to share this lovely family photo session from up in the hills of Plainfield, New Hampshire. There’s nothing more flattering to me than when past families and couples ask me to photograph their growing family! It’s so special to be included in these milestones. I photographed this couple’s wedding at their parent’s home, to which we returned for this session. Mom incorporated the blue blanket which she wore as a shawl during bridal portraits (see image below). I love this sentimental act of weaving a piece of their relationship into portraits with their new baby.

Mom and dad were so patient with my guidance and direction throughout the session. We took a few breaks to nurse and soothe baby girl, who gave us endless facial expressions and a few adorable yawns.

These three are looking so good, healthy, and happy!
