My style of Lifestyle photography is a balance of genuine moments with guidance and direction.
You’ll receive a mix of traditional portraits and natural candids that highlight your family’s connection. I’ll guide you with soft direction and place you in flattering light so the images feel authentic, relaxed, and polished.

If there’s just one thing for your to keep in mind going into your family session, it’s to relax and know it’s okay if your child is not sitting still and looking at me the entire time. We’ll ensure we create that traditional portrait of everyone smiling and looking at the camera in the first 15 minutes while attention spans are at their best. Then the pressure is off. We will create lots of fun, natural images of all the in-between moments.

INVESTMENT

My sessions often go beyond the typical 15-30 minute shoot, where the goal is one photo of everyone smiling at the camera. Though you will receive a couple of these images, people hire me to document a season in their life to create memories in the form of artwork for themselves and future generations. I thoughtfully plan your session and deliver high-quality, beautiful images. Throughout spring throughout autumn, I only book a handful of portrait sessions per month on weekdays, and Sundays when available. I am typically booked 6 months in advance. Sessions are typically scheduled to coincide with golden-hour, but I realize that’s not always possible. We’ll find or make gorgeous, flattering light regardless of time of day and season.
