Fall Woodstock Engagement Session | Vermont Wedding Photographer

This fall Woodstock Engagement Session in Vermont was such a gem of an evening! Stacie and Greg, two beautiful spirits, shared laughter and playful moments during their session, shining alongside the season’s vibrant foliage. The setting at the Woodstock Inn in Vermont, with the mums, pumpkins, and hydrangeas was a classic and colorful backdrop for our first stop during their engagement session. The white gates and picturesque surroundings of the Woodstock Inn, with its timeless architecture, landscaping, and the pretty street lamps frame them in these images so wonderfully.

Stacie & Greg chose their wardrobe and coordinated their look with impeccable taste. From head to toe, they were well-paired, choosing black and wine tones for their dressier outfit, and complementary tones of blue and gold for a casual style for the park. Thank you, New England weather, for cooperating so well! This overcast evening gave us soft, gorgeous light to photograph the couple and the environment in a flattering way, and allowed the autumn tones to pop!

We visited a picturesque spot in Woodstock with a great side view of Middle Covered Bridge spanning the Ottauquechee River. Here we made a mix of romantic and candid images while strolling the river bank, documenting their fun and loving connection. A Woodstock engagement session isn’t complete without a few images in front of the covered bridge!

Lastly, the couple’s doggies joined us at Faulkner Park! It’s special to photograph snuggles with the pups, their furry family members who are such a big part of their daily lives. I truly enjoyed making these memories with Stacie and Greg, and so over the moon to capture their wedding day in the winter!
