Cornish, New Hampshire | Senior Portrait Session

I had a wonderful time holding a senior portrait session for this beautiful young woman in Cornish, New Hampshire. She has so much poise and confidence, and was such a good sport allowing me to photograph her outside with the biting cold temps.

We met at Langwood Barn in Cornish around 3 pm. We lose light so quickly in December, so shooting in the late afternoon was perfect. It’s a little sad when golden hour is around 4 pm, but also convenient for busy schedules! I especially loved making her portraits in the basement of the barn. There are ample windows permitting natural light, and the interior is painted white. The back wall has such a great, antique texture. I could not have chosen a more perfect backdrop for these classic shots.
